DESCRIPTION:Tokyo Arts and Space (TOKAS) International Creator Residency in
 vites practitioners to develop new works and ideas in Tokyo\, with researc
 h outcomes presented at a closing Open Studio at TOKAS Residency. The prog
 ramme fosters cross-cultural creative exchange across visual arts (drawing

 reators residing outside Japan with at least five years of experience in v
